Coverage What hours do you cover? ▾
We answer calls 7 days a week, 9–5. That means if you’re under a sink, on a roof, or halfway through a rewire — your phone’s still being answered in your business name.
Usage How many calls are included? ▾
Each plan includes a bundle of calls. After that, you’ll either move to the next plan or pay simple overage per call.
- Lite: 0–20 calls included.
- Starter: 21–40 calls included.
- Growth: 41–100 calls included.
- Pro: 101–200 calls included.
You’ll never be billed for missed calls, hang-ups, or spam.
Usage What counts as a “handled call”? ▾
Any call where we speak to your customer for at least 20 seconds. If it’s a hang-up or time-waster, you don’t pay.
Onboarding Do I need to change my number? ▾
No, but we can provide you with an optional business landline.
You can keep your existing mobile or landline. Just set up a divert to our line or use us however you see fit. This way calls still look like they’re coming direct to you, we just answer first for you.
Coverage Can you put urgent calls straight through to me? ▾
Yes. If you’re free we can warm-transfer the call. If not, we grab the job details and send them straight to you by SMS/email so you never lose the lead.
